I don't think so.
Value for money kaisendon, please dont compare them to other place that charge double or tripple here. Try sea urchin, roe, diced tuna combo. You cant get these anywhere else at 900 yen.
Small place so expect no seats if go during lunch hour. Food nice and consider cheap for the raw fishes served. Raw tuna bowl about 500+ yen. Takoyaki is ordered from next door but you can consume in the premise. Cost about 400+ yen
This stall is opposite fruit stall and London Sports! U can choose between 4pcs ¥200, 6pcs ¥300, 8pcs ¥400. Expect to queue at least 30mins --45mins . Awesomely delicious, yummies Takoyaki (octopus ) balls I ever had! Price affordable and good. Free flow of seaweed, mayonnaise, sweet BBQ sauce, dried bonito flakes! Tables and chairs for you to slowly enjoy yr takoyaki balls. I love it !!!
Cheap and good
Affordable price and a good variety to choose from. Prompt service. The sashimi is average.
Nice and reasonable price sea food.🤤
Cheap and good
Ugh! This place is so bad. You really get what you pay for. I know it's cheap so I shouldn't expect too much, however as a tourist, I at least want it to be fresh. The tuna was still frozen, the squid was chewy, the urchin stank, and the scallops were flavourless. The takoyaki was so bad, the texture was way too gooey and the octopus was like rubber. I had to give up on the chewing and just swallow it.
Excellent 🐙 balls. A piece of 🐙 in every ball! Must try!
Sashimi and unagi at an amazingly affordable price! Try the delicious and cheap takoyaki from the stall right next to it.
Not only was the seafood fresh, they served you a lot for the price. And so many combinations, you could eat there every day for a month and not eat the same thing twice. With an average price of under 800 yen, you can't go wrong. Highly recommended. *Photo was taken after a had eaten some already. It was too good to resist.
One of the most price worthy seafood don. Get the half portion if you plan to try out other street food
Small stall on the street that serves sushimi over a bowl of rice. Price were very reasonable but don't expect top quality cuts of fish obviously. A good quick meal.
Can't wait to come here again and again and again
We were on the hunt to find some really affordable eats while visiting Tokyo. We weren’t let down by this seafood place. It tasted great and the service was even better. All the bowls are affordable, but the contents which I enjoyed most were definitely the fish roe, scallops, and smoked salmon (the second time I went there I had to switch my tuna with salmon because it was so yummy). The sea urchin was lovely, too. My boyfriend got to try the two types of eel bowl and he loved it. The only downside is, and it’s not a huge deal considering we would come back again and again, that the portions were kind of small and not very consistent. But you get what you paid for, it’s not easy to find affordable seafood bowls like these anymore. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo. So yummy and cheap.
Very fresh and simple. The regular sized bowl hit the spot!
I only had the octopus balls and it is a must try. 200 yen for 4, what a deal.
Really affordable, fresh and delicious seafood. Only downside is that when we ate, the tables were very very dirty.
Sashimi and unagi at an amazingly affordable price! Try the delicious and cheap takoyaki from the stall right next to it.
Very affordable place to eat. Their sashimi and unagi rice are really yummy and fresh ! Highly recommend eating here when you are in Euno Market area.

Not the quality you would expect for such cheap price in a side street. Sashimi are sliced thickly. Tuna & Salmon egg taste delicious and fresh in general. Having half-serve available allow indecisive customers to have a few more options without getting too full. Vinegar rice taste great and temperature control is perfect.Takoyaki are big and multiple serving size available. The size of the octopus isn’t the biggest but personally find it just right. Not giving a 5 star because one of the bowls I ordered were meant to be Salmon and Salmon egg but I think I was given Tuna slice instead. One slice of the sashimi was a bit icy inside. Almost perfect and will probably have it again before I leave Japan.
Totally would visit again, amazing test on a traditional snack. The texture was very pleasant, soft and rough at the same time. The smell was mouth watering, grabbing all the passerby by their nose. Served steaming hot right from the iron pan, you know you should let it cool for bite. But that urge to take a bite of that soft yumminess is hard to control. Just to sweeten the burn they offer unlimited toppings. Takoyaki is a must try experience for me.
Very reasonable price and good food. The shop has 2 outside tables set diagonally seating about 12 to14 people max. Tables are covered by outside tarp which serves as a huge menu with picture and number coded so you just need to mention the number when ordering. Order first, pay, then get seated. We ordered tempuras combos and a donburi bowl. Quite delicious. Sharing the same shop is a small window serving takoyaki to go. That too is quite delicious.
Reasonable portion and priced at ¥1000/bowl. Takoyaki available at the same place
Went to try this Takoyaki and given the hype it received over the social media, I personally find it overstated. The price point and the DIY toppings are the only things I find good. Taste wise is just okay even though it looked big but the tako is really small and not much fillings too. They are selling at 50 yen per Takoyaki. Overall it is just a small and cheap Takoyaki joint over here at Ueno. Can try if you like to customize your toppings.
Loved the affordable but amazingly delicious fresh sashimi and the cold tea! Would surely come back again next time.
Cheap snack! Takoyaki are gooey in the inside and slightly crispy on the outside filled with uncooked chewy octopus. I really enjoyed it since it was unusual for me but the toppings made the dish- you can add mayo, fish flakes and thick soya/oyster sauce on top. Come here with an open mind because it can get crowded here and the sitting area is very tiny.
Must visit sidewalk resto in Ameyoko.

Takoyaki is fastly served. You can put on the dressings to your heart content ! Sauce, mayonaise, green flakes, as well as the bonito flakes.Oishii
Very cheap donburi. Shrimp scallop urchin tuna salmon unagi. Taste ok.
Cheap price seafood on the street but just so so.

Had the tako balls! Love it. Lines moves pretty fast.
Very cheap and fresh seafood bowl. The restaurant gets raw ingredients from Tsukiji market.

In all of Tokyo...one of the best value for money sushi and takoyaki restaurants. Try everything and you won't be disappointed. Overall, Ueno restaurants offer better value for money compared to Tsukiji market.

Very fresh and tasty sushi bowls!
I’m assuming this is the same store as 铁火don. Pretty funny they have very different ratings. Anyway this is one-of-the-best for me.
Cheap and delicious takoyaki. What more can one ask for?
Large takoyaki balls at 50yen a pop. Absolutely delicious! You get to see them make it in front of you and you can add all the bonito and sauces you like. We waited about 10 minutes but well worth it.
Delicious, fresh and value for money. Recommended.
Amazingly fresh seafood with minimal seasoning but a huge impact.. totally recommended!!!
